Terms of Service

1. General

moxelion.com LLC (EDRPOU 02658023), 45 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine, provides car detailing and paint protection. These Terms apply to all bookings. Applicable laws: Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015; Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023; Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010.

2. Booking, Payment and Cancellation

Book via website, email contact@moxelion.com, or phone +380 937 504 6643. Confirmation is sent by us. Prices are in UAH; payment due upon completion. Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment may incur a fee up to 50%. Refunds within 14 days.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information.
• Remove valuables; ensure vehicle is insured.
• Follow aftercare instructions.
• Disclose pre-existing damage.

4. Liability

We are liable for direct damage from our negligence, up to the amount paid. Not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, improper aftercare, or indirect losses. Your rights under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023 are not limited.

5. Complaints and Disputes

Contact us at contact@moxelion.com or +380 937 504 6643. We respond within 30 days. You may file a complaint with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Disputes governed by Ukrainian law.
