Warranty Policy
1. Coverage
Coatings and films applied by moxelion.com are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable period. This covers peeling, blistering, cracking, and excessive fading under normal use.
2. Duration
Warranty duration is stated on your invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, standard periods are 24 months for coatings and 12 months for films from application.
3. Exclusions
Excluded: damage from accidents, misuse, negligence, improper cleaning, pre-existing surface defects, normal wear, environmental damage, and unauthorized repairs.
4. Maintenance
You must follow care instructions, including regular washing with pH-neutral products and avoiding abrasives. Failure may void coverage.
5. Claims
Contact us with proof of service. We will respond within 10 business days and may inspect the affected area.
